She works with children, teens, & adults; emphasizing the creation of a safe, supportive space for each stage of life.

Her practice is rooted in a deep respect for the healing process & a belief in every person's ability to grow, adapt, & thrive.

She has experience working with a wide range of people from all different walks of life.

She also have training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), prompted by a passion to help those with OCD & related disorders. She is also passionate about sport-related mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, & trauma.
