Service Description

Please note that we meet with parent/guardian before we meet with the child to gather important information. This is usually done at the same time as the scheduled appointment. Also, please understand that some sessions may take less than 50minutes depending on the child's ability to communicate and attention span. Thank you for booking with CCP!

Cancellation Policy

NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY This appointment time is reserved for you. If you must cancel your appointment, it will be necessary for you to give 24 hours notice. 1. Clients who forget an appointment or for some other reason do not come for an appointment and fail to give prior notice will be responsible for their full fee. 2. Clients who call and give less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will be responsible for 1/2 fee unless the counseling center is able to fill that hour. 3. Unless otherwise notified, the therapists are obligated to wait only 15 minutes for a late client. 4. We are not a 24 hour facility. If you have an after hours mental health emergency, call 911 or 988. There is also a local Mobile helpline in the event of a non-medical crisis which can be reached at 251.431.5111.
